The sturdy Sebo Essential G4 is a powerful, technically advanced, upright vacuum cleaner that will provide years of reliable use! It has four-level, manual brush height adjustment and comes in two power-head widths: the 12-inch G4 and the 15-inch G5. They clean carpets and hard floors and have excellent pet-hair removal. The G series also features an electronic controller that acts as a brain, alerting the user to a worn brush, or when brush height is set too high for optimal cleaning. It even shuts off automatically when a full bag, a clog, or a brush-roller obstruction occurs, which protects the motor, belts, and carpet from damage. They also have an instant-use cleaning wand and suction hose, an exterior housing with a scratch and scuff-resistant matte finish, tool-free brush roller removal, a 40-foot power cord, three on-board attachments, and protective rubber-coated wheels.
It features an S-class pre-motor microfilter, a three-layer AeraPure™ bag, an exhaust filter, and a tightly sealed casing, which prevents dirty air from escaping through its seams. The electronic controller adjusts the power head up or down to the appropriate brush height, providing optimal cleaning of both carpets and hard floors. The “sealing strip,” located behind the brush, improves hard floor performance by channeling the airflow upward and preventing debris kickback.
If an obstruction jams the brush roller, the red “check brush” warning light flashes quickly, the brush roller immediately stops spinning, and the vacuum shuts off. This feature prevents the belts from breaking and protects the motor and carpet from damage.
