Do you have any unfinished projects? Come join us for our Open Sew Day in the Conroe store! Open Sew is every Thursday from 10:00AM – 5:00PM, excluding days when there are scheduled classes. Our Open Sew Day is a great way to get together with a group of people who share your enthusiasm! Enjoy your time and be inspired! Come for a few hours or stay all day and play!

The best part is that Open Sew Day is only $5 per day! Seating is limited so make sure you register to reserve your seat today!

What To Bring:

  • Your unfished projects and supplies

In this hands-on class, students will use a ScanNCut design file to accurately cut fabric pieces for a purse fob and quilt block, then transfer the design information to their embroidery machine to complete the projects.

Along the way, you’ll learn the complete workflow from cutting to stitching, including file transfer, fabric preparation, and machine setup. By the end of class, you’ll have a better understanding of how to combine the precision of the ScanNCut with the creativity of machine embroidery to create professional-looking projects with ease.

Students Will Learn How To:

  • Cut fabric accurately with a Brother ScanNCut DX
  • Transfer design files from ScanNCut to an embroidery machine
  • Prepare fabrics for embroidery projects
  • Create a purse fob and embroidered quilt block
  • Integrate cutting and embroidery workflows with confidence
