Designing Quilting Layouts: Pro-Stitcher Designer and Pro-Stitcher Connect – Part 1:
Work with Pro-Stitcher Designer drawing and digitizing tools to create your own designs that can be used for digital quilting, printing stencils or applique. Load exported files from EQ8 to create designs and serve as a canvas for auditioning designs for your latest quilt project.

Designing Quilting Layouts: Pro-Stitcher Designer and Pro-Stitcher Connect – Part 2:
Practical application of using EQ8 and the Pro-Stitcher Studio suite of software to layout and quilt designs on your quilt. Time will be spent demonstrating the layout steps using the Alaska quilt pattern by Laundry Basket Quilts. The pattern for this quilt is not required for class and will also NOT be given to the participants. If you would like to purchase the pattern it will be available for purchase from Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse.

The class fee covers both classes. Both classes will be recorded and made available to participants via a private Facebook group for two months following the second class. Questions related to the class can be asked and will be monitored and answered by Diane Henry on that group.

Full Class Dates:

• Part 1 – Saturday, August 26, 2023 9:00AM-12:00PM CST
• Part 2 – Saturday, August 26, 2023 1:00PM-4:00PM CST

Students will receive email with Zoom link from instructor 1 week and again 1 day prior to the event. This email will contain pdf attachments. It is the students responsibility to provide a good working email.

Supply List: Must have either EQ8 and/or Pro-Stitcher designer. Must have purchased 2 weeks before the event.
