This beginner-friendly serger class will teach students how to use their serger and take away the intimidation factor. Students will learn what a serger does, how to properly thread, adjust, and operate their machine. Through guided demonstrations and hands-on practice, students will master essential stitches. Students will understand tension, differential feed, and professional seam finishes.

Ready to get more comfortable with your embroidery machine? This hands-on beginner workshop is designed to help you build a strong foundation in machine embroidery while gaining confidence through guided practice.
Students will learn essential skills including proper hooping techniques, choosing and applying stabilizers, thread and needle selection, and machine threading. You’ll also be introduced to In-the-Hoop (ITH) embroidery, learning how embroidery designs can be used to create finished projects right in the hoop.
This class is beginner-friendly, machine-focused, and all about learning by doing. Everything needed for the class project is included, just bring your embroidery machine, thread, and bobbins and get ready to stitch!

The Scissor Guy - Scissor Sharpening - Conroe

Dull scissors and blades no more! Bring your scissors, pinking shears, and rotary blades and get them sharpened by The Scissor Guy! Put your items in a bag with your name on it and drop it off it off at the store. Please make sure you drop off your items the day before to ensure they get sharpened.
