The Freedom Star Quilters (Quilts of Valor) – Houston

Introducing our newly named Quilts of Valor chapter, The Freedom Star Quilters! We will be demonstrating and continuing to sew blocks together for the Quilts of Valor Foundation. The Freedom Star Quilters is a great way to get together with a group of people who sew and quilt for a good cause!

The mission of the Quilts of Valor Foundation is to cover service members and veterans touched by war with comforting and healing Quilts of Valor.  Join us the second Wednesday every month at the Houston store from 10:00AM – 3:00PM for some sewing and creating!

Supplies Needed:

• Sewing machine
• Sewing tools
• 2.5” red, white and blue strips of fabric.
