Judy Niemeyer designed Fractured Star to help introduce any “never before paper pieced” quilter, regardless of skill set, to her method of paper piecing. The trademarked techniques of Quiltworx.com and Judy Niemeyer include floating points, template layout sheets, and speed cutting (just to name a few). Fractured Star utilizes pre-cut strips – perfect for the Quiltworx.com 48 strip packages (6 sets of 8 fabrics ranging from light to dark). Technique Sheets, and Free Project Patterns for students to realize the many options they can create using their Deb Tucker Studio 180 Design tools.
