Dull scissors and blades no more! Bring your scissors, pinking shears, and rotary blades and get them sharpened by The Scissor Guy! Put your items in a bag with your name on it and drop it off it off at the store. Please make sure you drop off your items the day before to ensure they get sharpened. Same day drops offs are not guaranteed to get sharpened! Items will be available for pick up next business day at 10:00AM. If you are paying by check, please make checks out to The Scissor Guy.

We Bee Stitchin' - Houston

Do you have any unfinished projects? Come join us for an all-day open sew with the We Bee Stitchin' sewing bee. We meet the fourth Thursday of every month from 10:30AM - 4:00PM. This is an open sewing group where members will be allowed to bring their machines and any unfinished projects they may want to work on and spend the day in the company of others sewing. Come for a few hours or stay all day and play! We Bee Stitchin' is a great way to get together with a group of people who share your enthusiasm! Enjoy your time and be inspired to complete your projects!

10:30 am: Embrilliance Stitch Artist Level 1 & 2 – Dry Brush Applique with Stephanie Thomas

Instructor: Stephanie Thomas Price – $147.00 per class
Learn a fun dry brush appliqué technique using Inktense dry palette fabric dyes! First we will digitize a simple appliqué and create an embroidery file. Next you'll learn to apply the dry brush fabric dyes. Ultimately we will sew out your new dry brush appliqué creation on your embroidery machine. Precut appliqué shapes provided and Inktense dry palette fabric dye set provided!

Basic knowledge of your embroidery machine is required.
