Is your machine in good working order but just in need of a good cleaning? Did you know that you can register your machine online for a virtual check-in for service? That’s right! Book your appointment slot for machine service on line to drop off your machine in store! Please be aware that not all machines or machine issues may quality for virtual check-in, so please make sure to read the important information regarding virtual check-in before scheduling your appointment.
In-Store Service
Our service technicians are factory-trained and continue to regularly go to repair training seminars so that they stay up to date on the latest technologies and are able to bring out the very best in your machine. We repair all brands of sewing machines, sergers, and vacuums in house. We still even repair the old treadle style sewing machines! Turnaround times vary depending on the season and the type of repair, so give us a call and we'll let you know our current turnaround. Customers who bought their machine here and are on our 5 Year Annual Service Plan receive priority service, and when available we also offer express “next day” service for those who need their machine back sooner. If you're planning on bringing your machine in, please see below for a list of what you need to bring with your machine for servicing!
- Sewing machines Machine, zigzag presser foot or standard presser foot, your preferred sewing thread, matching bobbin, any sample of an issue you may be having.
- Embroidery machines Machine, embroidery unit, embroidery presser foot, your preferred embroidery thread, your preferred bobbin, any sample of an issue you may be having.
- Multi-needle machines Machine, pantograph, your preferred embroidery thread, your preferred bobbin, any sample of an issue you may be having.
- Sergers Machine, your preferred sewing thread, and any sample of an issue you may be having.
- Longarms Machine, your preferred quilting thread, matching bobbin, machine carriage, any sample of an issue you may be having. If you have a sit-down longarm, we will need your foot pedal.
Have a problem with your machine that you think should be covered under warranty?
We are also a warranty station for all brands that we sell and some that we don’t sell. Whether you purchased your machine here or from somewhere else, we want to be your store of choice and will gladly take care of you and your needs! All you need to bring us is your receipt and we’ll take care of the rest! If you purchased your machine here, you won’t even need to bring a receipt as we keep all customers’ information in our database.

What types of machines do you service and repair?
We repair all brands of sewing machines, sergers, and vacuums in house, including embroidery machines, multi-needle machines, and longarms. We even still repair vintage treadle sewing machines!

How long will my service or repair take?

Do you offer express service?
Yes. When available, we offer express “next day” service for customers who need their machine back sooner. Call us at (888) 857-1746 to check availability.
Can I check in my machine online?
Yes! Our Virtual Check-in lets you book a drop-off time for standard maintenance: cleaning, oiling, adjusting timing, adjusting tensions, and stitching out. Appointments must be booked at least 1 week in advance, and your deposit goes toward your service. Machines that need more than standard maintenance must be brought into the store for inspection.
What should I bring with my machine?
Bring your machine along with your preferred thread, a matching bobbin, the presser foot or accessories your machine uses (such as an embroidery unit, pantograph, or longarm carriage), and a sample of any issue you're having. See the list above for exactly what to bring for each machine type.
Do you handle warranty repairs?
Yes. We are a warranty station for all brands that we sell and some that we don't. Just bring your receipt and we'll take care of the rest. If you purchased your machine here, you won't even need a receipt, since we keep all customer information in our database.
I didn't buy my machine from you. Can you still service it?
