Join Carol Ann Maurer and learn how to make an adorable quilted witch with raffia hair, a cartoon face, and holding her own foundation paper-pieced Halloween quilt! (She even comes apart and packs flat to store or to send the mail as a girl! Bonus small quilt pattern is included!)

Techniques Taught: Freemotion quilting, Binding Application, How to attach both ends to make them fit and appear seamless, and Applique.
