The modules taught in class are based on Carol Ann’s latest book “The Art of Quilting” from Amazon! There is a Kindle version and now a soft- back copy available!
What To Bring:
Personal hand sanitizer, face mask, binder, a chalk marker or chalk or pencil, 6 X 24 ruler and a 6 X 18 or smaller acrylic quilting ruler and mat —so you will need 2 rulers. Sewing Machine + BSS, 20-27 inches of fabric to make binding. If you need to make this for a quilt, bring in the quilting fabric and your quilt.

BSS = BASIC SEWING SUPPLIES
Sewing Machine with it’s feet, a 1/4” foot, pedal, power source & manual, sharp scissors, pins, needles, thread, bobbins, regular and quilting acrylic rulers, rotary cutter & mat, tape measure, safety pins, scrap fabric, etc. (optional: travel iron and small ironing pad, water, sack lunch). Eye glasses if you need them.
Warning: Never leave your mats or rulers in a hot cart! They will will warp!

Dull scissors and blades no more! Bring your scissors, pinking shears, and rotary blades and get them sharpened by The Scissor Guy! Put your items in a bag with your name on it and drop it off it off at the store. Please make sure you drop off your items the day before to ensure they get sharpened. Same day drops offs are not guaranteed to get sharpened! Items will be available for pick up next business day at 10:00AM. If you are paying by check, please make checks out to The Scissor Guy.

Do you have any unfinished projects? Come join us for an all-day open sew with the We Bee Stitchin' sewing bee. We meet the fourth Thursday of every month from 10:30AM - 4:00PM. This is an open sewing group where members will be allowed to bring their machines and any unfinished projects they may want to work on and spend the day in the company of others sewing. Come for a few hours or stay all day and play! We Bee Stitchin' is a great way to get together with a group of people who share your enthusiasm! Enjoy your time and be inspired to complete your projects!
