Join us this May at the Houston or Conroe store for these upcoming fun and exciting quilting classes taught by quilting instructor Linda J Hahn of Frog Hollow Designs! Linda’s classes are fun and empowering! Linda has a way of taking a project that looks complex and breaking it down in such a way that’s easy to understand. She adds her own sense of style while at making the entire class a blast! Her infectious passion for quilting shines through in her classes. Here's a fun quilt that you'll get started on in class. Believe it or not, it's made from just one block! It's where you put the colors that create the surprise secondary and tertiary patterns. Students will discover how fast and easy it is to make half-square triangles using Triangles on a Roll, which are included in the class kit.

As a long-time educator with children and in higher education, she specializes in classes that are inspiring and educational while meeting the needs of each individual learner and skill level. With over 35 years in the art of quilting making, her classes provide beginner to advanced students with new and exciting skills in a positive and supportive atmosphere. This, 6-month series of Tucker University - Freshman Year, Semester I, taught by Certified Studio 180 Design Instructor, Kathy Tucker, features 6 of the Studio 180 Design Tucker Tools:
This Freshman Year, Semester I of Tucker University offers 6 technique courses for using Deb Tucker's Studio 180 Design tools to develop exact precision and incredible designs. Students practice how to use each tool and apply it to other patterns and designs. Each course is supported by a Design Sheet and Technique Sheet for students to realize the many options they can create using their Studio 180 Design tools. Students will be able to create 2 fun projects: a “mid-term” and “final”. Don’t worry, no grades are given, only fun and inspiration. Full Class Dates:

We meet the fourth Thursday of every month from 10:30AM - 4:00PM. This is an open sewing group where members will be allowed to bring their machines and any unfinished projects they may want to work on and spend the day in the company of others sewing.
