Kathy Tucker is an expert quilter and a Laura Heine Certified Instructor and Certified Longarm Quilter. As a long-time educator with children and in higher education, she specializes in classes that are inspiring and educational while meeting the needs of each individual learner and skill level. With over 35 years in the art of quilting making, her classes provide beginner to advanced students with new and exciting skills in a positive and supportive atmosphere.

This beginner class will feature the iconic Carpenter Star. Students will learn how to make multiple half square triangles in an easy sew and cut method. Resizing will be provided for those who wish to make a smaller or larger quilt. Although this sample is made with pink for Breast Cancer Awareness month, participants may select their own color pallet and fabrics.

What To Bring: Supply lists will be given at time of registration.
